Personality: Bart is a playful kitten and loves playing with his older brother, Compost. He marches to the beat of his own drum, however, and is often found on a cozy perch alone or playing/getting into mischief by himself. He loves being pet and getting attention, but doesn’t love being held. He will cuddle with humans only late at night, when the other cats are doing it and he thinks no one is watching.

Backstory: Bart was born in our house! We fostered his mom (then Marge, of course) when she was pregnant and already had an older kitten. Bart’s mom and his four siblings all got adopted, but the family who originally wanted Bart changed their mind, so we took that as a sign from the universe that he was already where he was meant to be: home with us!
