Personality: Maddy is the guardian of the family, she enjoys staying in the background and observing what’s going on. Although she is not often skittish, she does like her personal space and typically does not like anyone to go up to her to try and pet her. You can typically find her laying on her cat tree sleeping or wandering around the house inspecting her cat family. She loves her human Zach, and will follow him around meowing looking for pets or attention.

Backstory: Maddy has been around for awhile, she is one of our oldest kitties. Shes gone through 4 moves with her dad Zach, and he is always someone she can rely on. When she was a kitten she came from a very rough home. She had one of the worst cases of ear mites our local vet has seen, and flees that were jumping off of her. I quickly took her in and cleaned her up and made sure she has had the best life possible. Maddy had signs of previous traumatic abuse and so her personality reflects that with most new people. Even though over the years I think she has wanted to be an only cat, she gets a long with most of her brothers and sisters but often times beats them up if they get too close.
